I am one of the Jr. High coaches specializing in volleyball and track. My other teaching fields include 4th, 5th, and 6th grade Physical Education and Freshmen and Varsity Athletics. This will be my 15th year at Mt.Vernon. I grew up in Naples, graduated from Pewitt, and then received my degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. My husband, Reese, and I have two children that attend Mt.Vernon schools. Ashley will be in the 11th grade, and Dylan will be in the 7th grade. In my spare time, I love attending sporting events (especially my children's games), outdoor activities, and reading.
