I am looking forward to a great year for the class of 2007-2008. This first semester we will study United States Government. We will begin our study by looking at how government structures have formed throughout history. Included in this study will be a look at the formation of the government of the United States. During the semester we will compare structures of various governments with a focus on an in depth study of the structure of our nation's government. Students will be encouraged to not only learn about their government, but also about the rights and responsibilities of the citizens of the United States.
