Grades are an important indicator of student success in the classroom. I encourage you to sign up for the Pinnacle Parent Internet Grade Viewing System. This allows you to monitor your student's progress. Our teachers use the guidelines below to assess student progress.

MVHS Grading Guidelines 2007-2008

• There will be a minimum of eleven (11) grades, three (3) of which must be major tests or projects. These eleven (11) grades will determine the six weeks final grade.
• Grades should be entered into the Pinnacle (electronic gradebooks system) immediately after they have been graded. Parents have access to grades and rely upon the Pinnacle system to view student progress.
