*Bachelor of Fine Arts from Stepehen F. Austin
*Currently working on Master of Arts in Teaching at Texas Women's University

Teaching Experience:
Before coming to Mt. Vernon I taught 6-12 grade art at Hughes Springs ISD. I have been with Mt. Vernon since 2006.

Family
I have been happily married to Nathan since 2005 and we have one dog, Cheecky. I have a large family and enjoy spending time with them. I am a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church. I love traveling, reading, and, of course, creating artwork.
